Astam Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, including familiarity with B2B portals like India Mart and export trade. Experience in the medical IVD, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. This role involves working from the office, where you will focus on generating new business leads, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth through online platforms and direct communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B portals (e.g., India Mart), export trade platforms, and other online sales channels.
• Reach out to potential clients, understand their requirements, and introduce the company’s products and services, with a focus on medical IVD, medical devices, and pharmaceutical products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and send quotations, product information, and sales proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients while ensuring company profitability.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers, providing them with necessary information and closing sales.
• Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products, payments and services.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client communications.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, promotional materials, and product demos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that support business growth and market expansion.
Required Skills and Qualifications: (for Experience)
• 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of generating sales through online platforms like India Mart, export trade, and other B2B portals.
• Preferred experience in sales of medical IVD, medical devices, or pharmaceutical products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using B2B portals, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Good understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications: (for Fresher)
· Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
· A keen interest in sales and business development, with an understanding of the sales process.
· A willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques, online platforms like B2B portals (e.g., India Mart), and medical products.
· Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation with accuracy. · Motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals and contributing to business growth.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also showing initiative and responsibility in individual tasks.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
· Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
