Astam Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator with 6-8 years of experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics), medical devices, or the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have the capability to generate sales, manage customer inquiries, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure smooth order processing. This role requires a dynamic individual who can contribute to both administrative and sales functions while helping to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
• To manage the sales team, take daily reports, check and verify sales data, monitor tour programs, handle POB (Proof of Business), track targets, and oversee distributor networks.purchase
• Assist in generating new sales leads and business opportunities within the IVD sectors.
• Coordinate and support the sales team in managing customer accounts, sales activities, and client communications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing product information.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products, tracking all related activities and documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, and logistics) to ensure the timely fulfilment of sales orders and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Assist in the development of sales presentations, product demos, and proposals.
• Follow up with customers on orders, feedback, and inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate meetings, sales calls, and presentations for the sales team.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Help in the preparation of sales contracts, documentation, and quotations.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the company’s products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 6-8 years of experience in sales coordination, ideally in IVD or medical devices, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to generate sales and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines. • Proficient in Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
